Dr Karl-Sander Nool

Co-Owner & Lead for Medical Consulting

Karl-Sander Nool holds an MD degree from the University of Tartu and has professional experience across primary care, clinical leadership, acute internal medicine, and independent medical consulting.

His career has focused primarily on family medicine and the development of primary care services — alongside patient care, he has developed clinical pathways and internal medical guidelines, taught professionals, and led a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses as Clinical Lead at Terviseagentuur. At KSN Advisory, Karl leads the company's independent medical consulting, second-opinion, case-review, and B2B clinical advisory work.

Dr Mart Veerus

Co-Owner & Lead for Medical Device Regulation, Quality Management & MDR Consulting

Mart Veerus holds an MD degree from the University of Tartu and has professional experience at the intersection of healthcare, medical devices, regulatory affairs, quality management, and digital health.

Following his medical education, Mart developed his professional career in medical-device regulation, regulatory affairs, quality management, healthcare technology, and medical-device product development. At KSN Advisory, he leads the company's medical-device regulatory, quality-management, MDR, and CE-marking consulting activities.
